PRS 220Professional Identity and Online Presence
Building a Consistent Social Media Presence
Audit your profiles, make them consistent, choose the platforms worth your time and set a posting rhythm you can keep.
About this course
Inconsistent profiles make good work look less trustworthy. This course starts with an audit of everywhere you appear online, fixes names, headlines, links and images so they match, then helps you choose two or three platforms based on where your audience actually is. You'll plan content pillars that come from your real practice (process, finished work, context), build a sustainable posting rhythm and learn to read basic platform analytics without chasing every trend.
Who it’s for: Artists and designers with existing social profiles that feel scattered, or who are starting over. Works best after Building Your Artist Identity.
You will be able to
- Audit every public profile and list the inconsistencies to fix
- Apply a consistent name, headline, image and link across chosen platforms
- Choose platforms based on audience evidence rather than habit
- Plan four to six weeks of content from three or four content pillars
- Review basic analytics and adjust one thing at a time
